Mechanical Engineering Services
Mechanical design and engineering from our own team of engineers. We work from whatever you have - a concept, a sketch, a physical part, or an existing design that needs to work better - and deliver files a manufacturer can build from. Every project is quoted before work starts.
What you get
Engineering, Not Just Modeling
Our engineers size, fit, and check the design against how it will actually be used and made, rather than drawing what you describe and stopping there.
Any Starting Point
A concept, a competitor's part, a napkin sketch, or a design that fails in the field. If you can describe or send it, we can work from it.
Manufacturing-Ready Output
Native CAD, STEP, and drawings with the dimensions and tolerances a shop needs to quote and build.
Unbiased Advice
We don't run production, so nothing in the design is steered toward a machine we happen to own.

What we work on
Engineering work comes to us at every stage, from a first idea to a part that already exists and needs to be better.
Mechanisms & Assemblies
Moving parts that have to fit, travel, and hold up in use.
Enclosures & Housings
Cases and covers designed around the electronics and hardware inside them.
Brackets & Fixtures
Mounting hardware and production fixtures built for the job they actually do.
Cost Redesigns
Existing parts reworked to cost less to make without losing function.
Legacy Parts
Parts no longer in production, re-engineered so they can be quoted and made again.
Documentation Packages
Drawing sets with the dimensions and tolerances manufacturers ask for.
Design Reviews
A second set of engineering eyes on a design before you commit to tooling.
Prototype-Ready Files
Files prepared so a prototype can be built and tested before production.
Common questions
What does a mechanical engineering project cost?
Every project is quoted individually before work starts. A $100 design consultation is the fastest way to scope one, and it puts you on a call with an engineer rather than a salesperson.
How long does it take?
Most design work delivers in 6-8 business days. Larger multi-part projects are scheduled with you up front.
Do you manufacture the parts?
No. CADmore is design and engineering only. Production runs through your manufacturer or our partner network, which is why our design advice stays unbiased.
What if I only have an idea?
That is a normal starting point. The consultation exists to turn it into a scope, a price, and a timeline.
